RESERVOIR shatters convention with a new bracelet in feathers. The young French fashion house pays a discreet tribute to its emblem with a unique bracelet , hand-woven from rooster feathers.

collaborations with the big names in the industry. Chanel, Givenchy Louis Vuitton and Jean-Paul Gauthier have all called on his services. Gauthier isa feather craftsman who works in the fields of Haute Couture, decoration and cinema. He has also worked with some of the industry's greatest names, including CHANEL, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton and Jean Paul Gaultier.

For François Moreau, "Maxime claims to put feathers everywhere, including on the dashboard of his 50s Autobianchi convertible! He has an incredible sense of aesthetics. This immediately appealed to us, because French design is at the heart of RESERVOIR, as is Swiss Made."

Most of the feathers come from the rooster's collar. The animals are neither killed nor injured. "I mainly use molt feathers - from unprotected birds - from carefully selected breeders", Maxime Leroy points out.stresses Maxime Leroy.

First, the feathers are sorted and selected according to quality, width and color.. Width, color and shade are the main selection criteria. The range of colors available oscillates between tangerine, green, ultramarine and matte black.

The feathers are then glued and dried. The craftsman calibrates and them tresse in the M.M MARCEAU workshops in Paris. He then cuts the braided element according to the bracelet template, depending on the desired length and width.

The braided element is then assembled on calf leather and undergoes a series of pampering finishing operations. Finally, the slices of bracelet are soaked in wax to finalize the object. It takes around ten hours of work per bracelet.
