HISTORY OF THE HOUSE
A DIAMOND ON A WIRE
It was in 2004 that the concept of a diamond on a wire was born. Laetitia Cohen-Skalli, who was preparing a Master's degree in Design and Visual Communication, was looking for an innovative concept for her project. Throughout the year, she prepared the fictitious launch of a jewelry brand, RedLine, and associated for the first time noble materials such as gold and diamond with the lightness of a wire.
After obtaining her Master's degree, she decided to give life to her project and launched her line of minimalist haute-couture jewelry: RedLine was born.
Inspired by the infatuation of many celebrities around the red thread of Jerusalem, Laetitia combines in her creations the purity of the gemstone with the symbolism of the thread, a true good luck charm since the dawn of time across peoples and cultures.
"It's a little known truth: jewelry, to remain beautiful, needs to be worn very often. And when I say worn, it means loved." Amélie Nothomb
