Some of the wearable watch's features include monitoring the body's battery energy to track your energy levels throughout the day, as well as a sleep score and sleep coaching to help you improve the quality of your rest. Morning Report provides an overview of your sleep, daily schedule, and HRV status, and you can track your VO2 Max fitness level and fitness age.

You can use more than 30 sports apps to track your activity, as well as workout suggestions and the coach Garmin. Additionally, wheelchair users can choose to turn on wheelchair mode, track pushes, and choose from built-in workouts. The new smartwatch can also be connected to your phone to receive smart notifications accompanied by images, and you can make contactless payments with Garmin Pay.
