TOM GCartier, a jewelry brand created in 2001 in Paris, was founded by Tom GERARD, a talented designer. Tom GERARD trained in Belgium and also studied at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris before joining the iconic Cartier atelier on the famous Place Vendôme.
